Trip kilometers are calculated on a Garage-to-Garage basis: Vehicle Garage → Pickup Location → Travel Destinations → Drop Location → Return to Garage. We recommend customers verify the starting and ending odometer readings to ensure complete transparency in billing.
To confirm your booking with ConfirmBus, a small advance booking amount is required. The remaining balance can be paid before the trip starts or at the time of boarding the vehicle, depending on the booking terms.
Toll charges, parking fees, and state entry taxes are usually paid directly by the traveler during the trip. However, if requested in advance, these costs can be included in the total trip quotation provided by ConfirmBus.
If you are carrying extra luggage, please inform us during the booking process. ConfirmBus will arrange a vehicle with adequate luggage space or a roof carrier to ensure a comfortable travel experience. If required, we can also suggest larger vehicles suitable for luggage-heavy trips.
